Hi, I’m Feather — and yes, my name really is Feather. I am a project manager, strategist, and former educator who’s passionate about helping mission-driven teams bring big ideas to life. Over the years, I’ve led everything from statewide education initiatives to multi-million-dollar grant programs, always with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and results. I’m a certified PMP with a background in both education and technology, and I love making complex projects feel manageable (and even fun). Whether I’m helping a school district roll out a new program or guiding a team through a fast-moving proposal, I bring a calm, strategic presence to the work.
My Story
I am a certified PMP and seasoned project leader with over a decade of experience managing multi-million-dollar initiatives across the education, healthcare, and public sectors. With a proven track record that includes generating $6.8 million in project-driven sales in just six months, I bring both strategic vision and exceptional precision to every engagement.

My consulting work blends high-level planning with hands-on leadership — guiding organizations through every phase of a project, from scope development and stakeholder engagement to final delivery and performance evaluation. I am especially skilled in grant-funded program management, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic communications that move initiatives forward.

With over 20 years of experience, I am often sought out for my ability to lead initiatives that have never been done before. Most recently, I worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the Bailey Education Group, where I led state-wide educational initiatives, secured government RFQs, and built sustainable partnerships across districts and state agencies. I am a two-time winner of the Teacher of the Year award, a YA author, and hold a master’s degree in Library Media and Information Technology.
